We Are The People

Zechariah 3:8 “8 ‘Hear, O Joshua, the high priest, you and your companions who sit before you, for they are a wondrous sign; for behold, I am bringing forth My Servant the BRANCH.”

As we continue using the Book of Zechariah as a guide for prayer we find the word from God for leaders and followers – “Listen”. “There are many voices in the world” the Apostle Paul wrote.

The many voices we hear about America and its troubles can result in our hearts being troubled. When this happens we become immobilized just wanting to hold on. But God had great things for Joshua, the High Priest and His people. The grumbling, the “band-aid” cures offered might get people through the day but God wants to secure our future.

Pray today that God’s people will listen for the words that align with heaven’s heart and follow that path for America’s future. There is only one way. Let us listen carefully and move forward confidently knowing we have heard from heaven.
