We Are The People

Zechariah 7:1-2 “Now in the fourth year of King Darius it came to pass that the word of the Lord came to Zechariah, on the fourth day of the ninth month, Chislev, ² when the people sent Sherezer, with Regem-Melech and his men, to the house of God, to pray before the Lord.”

When people gathered to pray the word of God came to the Prophet Zechariah.  Prayer isn’t magical but it is necessary to hear from heaven.  This text and 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people . . .” reveal prayer is the key to unlocking heavenly wisdom.

Let us agree in intercession today that God’s people will see the necessity of united prayer in order to hear God’s answer to the financial, political and social trouble in America.
