We Are The People

Zechariah 10:1 Ask the LORD for rain In the time of the latter rain.
The LORD will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain,
Grass in the field for everyone.

Within this verse there are many points for prayer. This week we will begin looking at this chapter and find a daily focus point as we continue to look at the Book of Zechariah for ways to pray for America in the New Year.
“Ask the Lord for rain.” The rain we ask for is the Holy Spirit’s refreshing and empowerment in the believer’s life. Not very many years ago this was a common and consistent prayer of the church so that we could experience Pentecost as in the days of the Book of Acts. Pray that simple yet powerful prayer of agreement today.
