We Are The People

Isaiah 56:10 “¹⁰ His watchmen are blind, they are all ignorant; They are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; Sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.”

Those commissioned to be watchful had become ignorant (of Satan’s devices 2 Corinthians 2:11).  They were like a watch dog without a bark – sleeping away the night.  The watchmen of Isaiah’s day were blind to the truth – they did not want to know truth because then they would be accountable.

Pray that God’s intercessors understand that we will be held accountable for our generation.  Pray that we not “sleep on” like the apostles in Gethsemane.  Let us not fiddle while Rome burns.
