When the Continental Congress was facing great difficulties and did not know what to do, Benjamin Franklin called the members of the congress to fall upon their knees and pray.

Let us pray that there be more than perfunctory prayer in the halls of Congress, the White House, and the Supreme Court as we face the challenges of today’s complex world.
