We Are The People

John 15:5  ⁵ “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”

From tying your shoe to solving the most complex problems Jesus tells us we can’t do either one or anything in between without Him.  Talk about utter dependence.  God desires for us to bring forth much fruit.  To do that we must abide in Christ.  That means to be tight with Him.

Pray today that God’s people in America live with that revelation in their heart.  They can do nothing – even the smallest thing without the Lord in it.  Jesus said that He does nothing unless He sees the Father doing it first.  Pray that we all take the time to bind our hearts with God’s before we endeavor to do something on His behalf in the world.
