We Are The People

Philippians 3:20 ²⁰ For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

People eagerly await elections and ball games like the Super Bowl and World Series. Paul says we should eagerly wait for the return of Jesus Christ.

Many times we are told to wait patiently, but here the Apostle tells us to eagerly await Christ’s return that will unite us in a greater way with Him.

Pray that there will be an excitement among believers and in our churches that Jesus is coming soon. Pray that this eagerness will result in a passionate witness to others concerning the hope we have within our hearts.
