1 Kings 8:9 “Nothing was in the ark except the two tablets of stone which Moses put there at Horeb, when the Lord made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.”
The covenant of blessing came to God’s people after they came out of Egypt which was a place of bondage and enslavement. Just singing “God Bless America” will not bring blessing to America.
Pray that as a nation we will come out from under the enslavement of simply trusting a ma-made system of government we have in America. We must, as our currency states, realize that we are a nation under God who is above all and will bless everyone who trusts in him through Jesus Christ.
