We Are The People

1 Kings 8:21  ^“And there I have made a place for the ark, in which is the covenant of the Lord which He made with our fathers, when He brought them out of the land of Egypt.”

Solomon made a place for the Ark of the Covenant.  The Ark is where the presence of God dwelled.  Many people desire God’s presence but what was in the Ark is what delivered life for God’s people – the tablets of the law.  The law that God gave was for the Hebrews when He brought them out of Egyptian slavery. Egyptian slavery is a type of the bondage Satan inflicts on Christians today.

   As the Hebrews learned that God’s commands are the best way to live, believers in Jesus Christ must discover that we do not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

   Pray that believers in America will desire more than just an occasional touch of glory from God’s presence. Our nation needs a fresh understanding of a Biblical world view.  Let us provide something for them to see by allowing God to direct our steps according to His Word.
