We Are The People

1 Kings 8:61 ^61 “Let your heart therefore be loyal to the Lord our God, to walk in His statutes and keep His commandments, as at this day.”

Throughout the history of Israel in the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) God’s people continually became disloyal to God through disobedience that led to idolatry. This happened many times in periods of prosperity.

Pray today that God’s people will remain loyal to God in times of plenty and scarcity. In the spiritual realm God’s blessing makes rich and there is no sorry in it. Spiritual blessings are what Paul the Apostle said we have as an inheritance in Christ. Receive them, enjoy them and be content with that which will last forever.
