1 Kings 12:31  ³¹ He made shrines on the high places, and made priests from every class of people, who were not of the sons of Levi.

Jeroboam gave the people shrines to worship.  Although America is a nation that grants freedom of religion that does not mean that we must give preferential treatment to “religious” groups to build gathering places while Christian places of worship can take years to build because of the difficult permit process.  Pray that churches once again will have a “favored” status when building or adding additions on their places of worship.
