We Are The People

1 Kings 3:18  ¹⁸ He said to him, “I too am a prophet as you are, and an angel spoke to me by the word of the Lord, saying, ‘Bring him back with you to your house, that he may eat bread and drink water.’” (He was lying to him.)

The old prophet used flattering words with the man of God – “I too am a prophet as you are.”  This is always a sign of danger.  Pray that our leaders will not be deceived by the pandering of people who are doing nothing but drawing good men into the destruction that awaits all of those who desire to be recognized by a title and desire to hear prideful words about themselves.
