Leaders must always be cognizant of the fact that they are role models. Jeroboam seemed to totally ignore this fact that God counts leaders accountable for their actions and their example to others.   Pray that leaders will understand this principle and expectation by God before they are dealt with like many leaders are now with the revelations of improper behavior toward those who serve on work under them.
