We Are The People

1 Kings 17:2-3  Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying, ³ “Get away from here and turn eastward, and hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan

God tells His man to hide. This reminds us of the lyrics of the great hymn “Rock of Ages” which says “let me hide myself in thee.” People are always seeking a place to “hide” from economic, physical and emotional harm. Pray that the people of God will be quick to find shelter in the “Rock of Ages” Jesus Christ. He and His word will always direct our steps.
