1 Kings 17:17 Now it happened after these things that the son of the woman who owned the house became sick. And his sickness was so serious that there was no breath left in him.

It seems to be that following an amazing abundance of God’s blessings there follows a challenge that we face as individuals and as a people. We see this in America today. The economy has picked up and people feel optimistic about the future. But low and behold look what has happened. There is much strife in politics and other areas of life. Pray that Christians in America will recognize the conflict for what it is and that we will rise up in a spirit of faith to put down these attacks by the one who comes to steal, kill and destroy. Let us unite and fight the fight of faith.
