1 Kings 18:6 So they divided the land between them to explore it; Ahab went one way by himself, and Obadiah went another way by himself.

Ahab and Obadiah went into the land to explore how things were doing during the famine in the land. The Bible said they divided the land between them. This sounds very much like what is happening in America today in politics. Candidates look at which way the wind is blowing and tailor their campaign that way.

Pray that the American public will vote according to God’s word and the conviction of God’s Holy Spirit and not according to “the wind” that blows in the direction of popularity and personal benefit that caters to a personal agenda.
