1 Kings 18:24 Then you call on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord; and the God who answers by fire, He is God.”

Elijah was not afraid of a little competition. His (our) God is big enough to take care of Himself. Pray that we will not be afraid of a little god that people sometimes serve. We must magnify or make our God—the one true God bigger and not be concerned with those who are not God. Elijah said, “bring it on.”
