1 Kings 18:27 And so it was, at noon, that Elijah mocked them and said, “Cry aloud, for he is a god; either he is meditating, or he is busy, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened.” 

Elijah suggested to these interceding priests, “perhaps your ‘god’ is deep in thought or too busy to answer to prove his worth.” Pray today that it will become a revelation in the minds and hearts of those who follow false gods that there is only one God who is not preoccupied and unable to respond to the prayer of His people and turn to Him in the time of trouble.
