1 Kings 18:42-43 So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, 43 and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.”

On this New Year’s Eve let us pray with expectant hearts as we exit the year 2018. Elijah prayed and then told is servant to go and see if the rain has started yet.

Jesus told us to pray in faith believing and answers will come. May the Lord’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Pray that the Spiritual rain will fall from heaven bringing hope for the future like the brilliant double rainbow that lit up the sky on Friday, December 21, over the Northern Virginia, D.C. area.
