Saturday May 18, 2019 “Proper Perspective”

1 Kings 21:4- So Ahab went into his house sullen and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him; for he had said, “I will not give you the inheritance of my fathers.” And he lay down on his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no food.
The heart of the king was distressed because he wasn’t able to negotiate a deal for some ground on which he could plant vegetables. Sounds petty to us but to Ahab it was important.
Pray that our President and other leaders will be able to see issues in proper perspective and not be overwhelmed concerning issues that are not of high priority items in the grand scheme of things.
