Sunday July 23, 2023 “Who is He?”
Gen. 24:65-66 for she had said to the servant, “Who is this man walking in the field to meet us?” The servant said, “It is my master.” So she took a veil and covered herself.
66 And the servant told Isaac all the things that he had done.
Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America. Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. using the focus point listed below as a guide. When Isaac and Rebekah looked up and they saw one another things began to happen.
Focus #1 Rebekah asked questions about who the man Isaac was. A pivotal point in the Gospel occurred when Jesus asked Peter “Who do people say I am.” Peter’s answer brought empowerment to Christ’s followers. Let us pray that Christ‘s followers in America will want to know more about who Jesus is and what the Lord can do in and through the church in America.
Prayer Focus #2 When there was a revelation of who Isaac was, Rebekah changed her action toward the one she was going to marry. She put a veil over her face. Pray that we will change some of actions as we draw close to Jesus our Bridegroom.
Prayer Focus #3 The servant of Abraham told his master all that happened on his mission to get a bride for Isaac. One day all we have done and given in God’s kingdom will be revealed and rewarded. Pray that we who are believers in America will know that all we do will be rewarded.
