We Are The People

Genesis 25:19-21

“This is the genealogy of Isaac, Abraham’s son. Abraham begot Isaac. ²⁰ Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah as wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padan Aram, the sister of Laban the Syrian. ²¹ Now Isaac pleaded with the Lord for his wife, because she was barren; and the Lord granted his plea, and Rebekah his wife conceived.”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. using the focus point listed below as a guide. May God bless you for your concern for America’s future expressed in prayer tonight.  We encourage you to join us in prayer daily and invite others to join us.

We return to our journey in prayer through Genesis after our break to pray for the Assemblies of God General Council.

Prayer Focus #1 Isaac was the only son of Abraham though Sarah his wife. Pray that we will not look at numbers as much as focusing on the product. Isaac was the line that Jesus came to earth through. Lord help us to see what we produce as the people of God that will contribute to a better world.

Prayer Focus #2 Through the God – chosen bride blessings would come. Pray that young adult Christians will find the right spouse that will bring forth godly seed to America that will right the wrong and revive the part of the church that sleeps.

Prayer Focus #3 Jesus taught us that some things only change when His people fast and pray. When Isaac pleaded with God, Rebekah conceived. Pray that a spirit of intercession will come upon God’s people that will bring forth a fresh harvest of souls.
