Wednesday August 16, 2023 “Proper Appetite”
Genesis 25:30 “30 And Esau said to Jacob, “Please feed me with that same red stew, for I am weary.” Therefore his name was called [a]Edom.”
Esau was a man who many times set himself up to take a fall by the allurement of the flesh. Any of us who ever hunted can relate to the weariness and hunger of being in the woods for hours hunting game. However, this man Esau let his appetite get away from him. Pray that America at large, but especially our leaders, will control their appetites for more and be satisfied with what we have as a people and be an example to ot6hers of reasonable stewardship of assets.
