Genesis 28:1 “Then Isaac called Jacob and blessed him, and ^[a]charged him, and said to him: “You shall not take a wife from the daughters of Canaan.”

Isaac under the authority of Almighty God, did not recommend that Jacob, his grown son, not to take a wife who was not a believer. Isaac first blessed his son and then he charged (commanded) him not to marry a woman of Canaan.

Pray that fathers and mothers who are Christian Believers will take the high road of biblical authority to guide their households.
