Genesis 30:22-24 “²² Then God remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and opened her womb. ²³ And she conceived and bore a son, and said, “God has taken away my reproach.” ²⁴ So she called his name ^[a]Joseph, and said, “The Lord shall add to me another son.”

Rachel is finally able to bear children and she declares that God has removed the reproach of being barren (which people believed it to be reproach to not bear children in that time period.) Pray that Christians in America who believe they are under reproach for one reason or another will find truth, freedom in God’s Word and the acceptance God offers to all who come to him.
