We Are The People

Genesis 31:14 “¹⁴ Then Rachel and Leah answered and said to him, “Is there still any portion or inheritance for us in our father’s house?”

Rachel and Leah still had a desire for the inheritance this world could offer. They had already experienced the great blessings of God. Pray that God’s children will see that the Lord being our Portion and the one who has promised eternal inheritance is the one to follow. He is our inheritance. Let us not be distracted from Him to follow the inheritance this world offers that perishes with the using.
