We Are The People

Genesis 35:4 “⁴ So they gave Jacob all the foreign ^[a]gods which were in their hands, and the earrings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the terebinth tree which was by Shechem.”

Jacob’s household on the way to Bethel which means, “House of God” gave up their heathen idols and their earrings so they might enter the House of God in a worthy manner. Pray that Christians in America will let go of the distractions of the world when they enter the House of God (the church) so they can focus on God’s Word and His presence.
