Genesis 37:13 “¹³ And Israel said to Joseph, “Are not your brothers feeding the flock in Shechem? Come, I will send you to them.”

So he said to him, “Here I am.”

Israel (Jacob) wanted Joseph to go to see how his brothers were doing in Shechem. Joseph was ready to do the will of his father. He had to know that there would be risks involved but he went anyhow. Pray that men and women of God will be willing to “check out” what is happening in harvest fields even if it might be risky places to minister but there is promise of ministry to “feed the flock.”
