In August, we are following a prayer guide from the Assemblies of God U.S. Missions.

Pray for deliverance from evil. The apostle Peter warned us, “Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1 Peter 5:8). Pray that Christians in the United States have the spiritual discernment and strength to run from places and activities that may compromise them.
