We Are The People

Genesis 37:22 “²² And Reuben said to them, “Shed no blood, but cast him into this pit which is in the wilderness, and do not lay a hand on him”—that he might deliver him out of their hands, and bring him back to his father.”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. Prayer Point #1: Reuben told his brothers, “Do not shed Joseph’s blood.” Pray that in every group in America that has great zeal for what “they feel is best for the nation” will have someone who will rise up with “rare” sense to stop the shedding of blood.  

Prayer Point #2: Reuben recognized that someone had to deliver his brother out of the brother’s hands, so he did. Pray that there will be men like Reuben in America who will risk their own safety and do what needs to be done to keep Americans safe.  

Prayer Point #3:  Reuben desired to get Joseph his brother back to the Father. Pray that many Americans will see that its not so much policies and programs but the most important thing on God’s agenda is to get people back to the Father.
