Genesis 38:29-30

29 Then it happened, as he drew back his hand, that his brother came out unexpectedly; and she said, “How did you break through? This breach be upon you!” Therefore his name was called Perez.[a] 30 Afterward his brother came out who had the scarlet thread on his hand. And his name was called Zerah.

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. The struggle between brothers throughout history has always been difficult and even deathly. Tonight let us join hearts and prayers concerning the following three prayer points.

Prayer Point #1: Pray that the one who wears the scarlet thread (a symbol of Christ’s blood) will be recognized as the rightful heir to set standards of morality.

Prayer Point #2: Pray that the guilt of the breach created in America’s culture be upon the usurpers who have brought a curse upon our land.

Prayer Point #3: Pray that as Zerah came out of the womb with the red thread on his hand after his brother, that in these last days across America we who have the red thread will step into our rightful place.
