We Are The People

Genesis 39:4

“⁴ So Joseph found favor in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had he put under his authority.”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. Joseph found favor in Potiphar’s eyes by serving well in his house. It was evident to Potiphar that there was something special about Joseph, so he gave him a place of authority in his house.

Prayer Point #1: Pray that God’s people will recognize when and where they are living under His favor and serve well where they found favor to fulfill God’s will on earth.  

Prayer Point #2: Pray that people in government will see what God is doing to bring blessing through certain individuals and give them positions that require wise oversight in these days in which we live.

Prayer Point #3: As Potiphar granted Joseph authority in his house, pray that authority will be exercised in the house of God by those that God ordains to lead us through the difficult days we live in. Jesus has been given all authority and He told His disciples, “Go there and disciple the nations.” Let’s go!
