We Are The People

Genesis 39:9 “⁹ There is no one greater in this house than I, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. Joseph knew that he was greatly blessed by God, and he must live up to that blessing bestowed upon him. Let us pray that god’s anointed to lead in this great land will:

Prayer Point #1: Truly understand that the greatness they have is all God-given.

Prayer Point #2: Pray that as Joseph knew the boundaries by which he served Potiphar, our leaders will know their boundaries politically and morally and serve within them.

Prayer Point #3: Pray that there will be an understanding among our leaders that when they do wrong in their governing powers it is not just against man it is sin against God. May there be a godly fear of the Lord upon our leaders.
