Genesis 41:51 “⁵¹ Joseph called the name of the firstborn ^[a]Manasseh: “For God has made me forget all my toil and all my father’s house.”

Manasseh, the first born to Joseph, name means “making forgetful of past pain.” In the first Christmas story, Jesus the Messiah came to bring peace on earth, good will toward men. Pray that on this Christmas day that we will join our hearts in prayer that America will forget our pains and look toward the future together with hope of better days ahead.
