We Are The People

Genesis 41:57 “⁵⁷ So all countries came to Joseph in Egypt to buy grain, because the famine was severe in all lands.”

As I shared in yesterday’s prayer focus, there is a famine of hearing God’s word in America and as we see in this verse, that famine can and is today universal. When people lack an ear for the truth of God’s word by gifted teachers, they will be susceptible to itching ears. When that happens, people want to hear things the way they want it to be and that is where cults come from. Pray that people across America will have a desire to know truth and pursue truth that will not only set them free from sin and the lies of Satan, but also free from their won desires. Also pray that as people from everywhere came to Joseph that they will come to follow God’s men and women of God who bring truth that sets free.
