We Are The People

Genesis 43:11-12

11 And their father Israel said to them, “If it must be so, then do this: Take some of the best fruits of the land in your vessels and carry down a present for the man—a little balm and a little honey, spices and myrrh, pistachio nuts and almonds. 12 Take double money in your hand, and take back in your hand the money that was returned in the mouth of your sacks; perhaps it was an oversight.

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. Jacob told his sons, “Go to Egypt with fruits, gifts and cash. Return to the man who gifted you. “There are 3 focus points for prayer found in this text found in Genesis, let us pray in agreement on these three points.

Prayer Point #1 “Take fruit with you.” Pray that our top negotiators will be Christians that negotiate with the fruit of the Holy Spirit that will bring forth good results.

Prayer Point #2 When Jesus came to earth, He gave gifts to men. Pray America will use the abundance of gifts we possess to help other nations rise to greater heights as they practice Biblical principles in government practices. 

Prayer Point #3 Pray that within reason, there will be surprise cash (or something like kind) gifts that might soften the hearts of those America must deal with.
