We Are The People

Genesis 44:16 “¹⁶ Then Judah said, “What shall we say to my lord? What shall we speak? Or how shall we clear ourselves? God has found out the iniquity of your servants; here we are, my lord’s slaves, both we and he also with whom the cup was found.”

Let us pray today that as Joseph’s brothers did to him many years before Judah could see what was happening now was a result of “reaping what they sowed.” People and nations can be forgiven of past transgressions, but we can still endure consequences. let us do so with grace.
