We Are The People

Genesis 45:22 He gave to all of them, to each man, changes of garments; but to Benjamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver and five changes of garments.

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. This text seems to tell us that it is okay to treat some better than others. Benjamin got five changes of clothes while his brothers got only one. Benjamin also received pieces of silver. The father Jacob received food items for the journey.

Prayer Focus #1: Pray that our government and churches will have wisdom in helping people in need according to their needs that are valid and beneficial to America.

Prayer Focus #2: To Benjamin was given 300 pieces of silver. He would be able to invest in the future of his people. Pray that those who can produce will be given what they can work with to make America stronger.

Prayer Focus #3: To Jacob was given bread, grain and other food for the journey. Pray that our elderly population will be helped in ways that contribute to their health and well-being.
