Genesis 49:4 Unstable as water, you shall not excel, Because you went up to your father’s bed; Then you defiled it—He went up to my couch.

Reuben was powerful but also unstable as he was in having an immoral relationship with Bilhah, his father’s concubine. Pray that America will have leadership that is stable and uncompromising.
