We Are The People

Genesis 50:14-15 And after he had buried his father, Joseph returned to Egypt, he and his brothers and all who went up with him to bury his father.

¹⁵ When Joseph’s brothers saw that their father was dead, they said, “Perhaps Joseph will hate us, and may actually repay us for all the evil which we did to him.”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. They did their duty and then returned to Egypt. These men were probably divided in heart – some wanting to stay in the land where they buried their father and others desired to go home. Tonight let us pray according to the points we find in these verses.

Prayer Focus #1: Pray that there will be strong leadership in America that will inspire others to follow them down right paths to the future.

Prayer Focus #2: Pray that people across the land will not live in the deceptions of the devil that makes people live in vain imaginations like we read in verse 15.

Prayer Focus #3: Pray that leaders in America will realize what they have done wrong in the way they have treated their brothers and amend their ways for the advancement of the Kingdom of God in America.
