We Are The People

Exodus 2:6-8 ⁶ And when she opened it, she saw the child, and behold, the baby wept. So she had compassion on him, and said, “This is one of the Hebrews’ children.” ⁷ Then his sister said to Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and call a nurse for you from the Hebrew women, that she may nurse the child for you?” ⁸ And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Go.” So the maiden went and called the child’s mother.

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST using the focus point listed below as a guide. When we think things couldn’t be worse is when God reveals His best. Jochebed released her baby Moses into the crocodile infested waters of the Nile River to keep him alive after Pharaoh declared all male babies born to the Israelites must be killed. Tonight let us follow three prayer points concerning this Bible text.

Prayer Focus #1: Pharaoh’s daughter was in the right place at the right time to be included in the narrative only God could craft. Pray that God’s people in America will be willing to see through eyes of faith that God has the things that are happening in America in His sites and He is planning miraculous deliverance for America.

Prayer Focus #2: Miriam had the right message for Pharaoh’s daughter knowing the compassionate heart of Pharaoh’s daughter. Pray that God’s people who are in positions to see major change in America due to their influence will use that influence.

Prayer Focus #3: Miriam had favor with Pharaoh’s daughter and how much better can you get? Moses is nursed by his own mother and is saved from the crocodiles. Pray that God’s people in America will walk in favor with God and man.
