We Are The People

This week we will celebrate the freedoms we enjoy because of our Declaration of Independence.  But with all of the flag waving, parades and other festivities, let us not forget the price paid by many to win the freedoms that gave way to the writing of this precious, God-given document.

  It might be a good idea if all Americans read the Declaration of Independence and remember the release from tyranny our fore-fathers experienced and be thankful for that precious document and pray that those in authority over us will understand how precious freedom is and that we are free to do what is right and good, not to do what we please because it feels right.
