We Are The People

Many apprehensive parents have/will be sending children off to school.  Kindergarten, elementary, high school, college –  all present times of special faith and prayer as children must be released into new seasons of learning and preparation for God’s will being done in each precious child’s life.

   Jochabed, Moses’ mother recognized that her child was special (what mother doesn’t?)  She hid him as a little one as long as she could and then she released her son into the unknown of the Nile River.

   Moses was picked up out of the dangerous river after Pharaoh’s daughter saw the “ark of the bulrushes” and had him drawn out of the waters.  These events allowed for the Hebrew child to receive an education in the Palace which led to Moses becoming God’s deliverer for His people Israel.

  Today pray with me that parents have peace about their children attending government influenced public schools where they will learn about fundamental life disciplines that will help them prepare for their future call to follow God’s will.  Also pray that moms and dads use the time well when school is not in session so their children will develop a Biblical world view and see themselves as missionaries to the school house.  This will prepare them to be missionaries to the marketplace in their future careers.
