We Are The People

In Isaiah 1:3 God spoke through the prophet that an ox knows its owner, the donkey its master’s crib but my people don’t consider.  What thoughtlessness Israel was guilty of… but are American Christians as guilty today as God’s people of old?  Are we less thankful than the animals?  Do we consider?

Can we agree in prayer today that an attitude of gratitude come upon us as God’s people?  God blesses us with so much – shouldn’t we show our gratitude publicly by bowing our heads to give thanks when eating at home and in public?

Abraham was told being blessed you must bless others – let’s show our gratitude by being a blessing to others.  No matter who your neighbor might be – a little blessing by you and others seeing your gratitude could be a part of God bringing them to salvation.
