Saturday November 16, 2013 “Confidence in God”

Isaiah 41:13 “13 For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.”
In this scripture God says, “Give me your hand.”  This is like crossing the street with a toddler.  Besides the safety factor there is also the confidence that says, “Good-bye to fear” in the little one’s heart looking at the big cars and trucks speeding by.
Today, let us agree in prayer that there be a confidence restored in the land.  Not so much in government and people but a confidence that is established in the immovable foundation of God and His Word.  When we live according to His Word there is confidence that grows in our heart that as we take His hand, He will take us across the street, river or any other crossing to places of peace and provision.
