Friday February 28, 2014 “Thorough”

2Kings 4:6   Now it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.”   And he said to her, “There is not another vessel.” So the oil ceased.
The sons said, “There’s no more empty pots”.  These young men were detail oriented. They knew that every home had been canvassed and every pot borrowed.  They were thorough in their part of the miracle.
Pray today that people pay attention to details as they seek the Lord for solutions to their problems.  Sometimes we overlook the little boy with a lunch (Jesus can multiply) because we lack an attitude of being detail oriented. Many miracles are forfeited because someone misses one piece of the puzzle.
