We Are The People

Nehemiah 9:25 “²⁵ And they took strong cities and a rich land, and possessed houses full of all goods, cisterns already dug, vineyards, olive groves, and fruit trees in abundance.  So they ate and were filled and grew fat, and delighted themselves in Your great goodness.”

These “rich lands” refer to those with soil that easily produces great harvests and lands rich with products from the earth that can easily be extracted for profitability and providing affordable products for people in the land.

As we join our hearts together today in prayer let us lift up our President and his staff, the Senate, the House of Representatives, the courts and government agencies that make decisions concerning the “rich land” we have been given stewardship over in this great land.  May our prayers focus on the hearts of our leaders – that they not use “hot button” issues as political footballs but truly be open to God’s heart as to how this wonderful land can be used to best serve the people they have been given the right to govern in righteousness and integrity.
