We Are The People

1 Samuel 7:12 “Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen, and called its name Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the LORD has helped us.”

We have been looking at the subject of revival over the last week and how the church can experience revival that gives way to a spiritual awakening in America.
Samuel knew that God’s people would need a way to remember the great victory the Lord had given to Israel so he set up the stone, “Ebenezer” as a testimony to God’s faithfulness.
Today, let us join in prayer asking God, the Holy Spirit, to inspire all Christians to share testimonies of God’s faithfulness with family, friends and colleagues at work. This will communicate to others the reality of God’s love, kindness, care and omnipotence when we trust in Him.
