We Are The People

Matthew 5:3-6 “³ “Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.  ⁴ Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted. ⁵ Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. ⁶ Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.”

 The poor, mourners, meek, hungry and more Jesus pronounced blessed.  To be blessed is to be a winner.  Doesn’t sound like the winner’s circle though, does it?  Well, Jesus reveals that when the Kingdom comes and His will is done that the result is fortune for pain.  Not money out of bankruptcy but mourners – comforted, etc.

 Pray today that believer’s in America see through spiritual eyes that even when they go through times of leanness that God can enrich them with blessing as they walk in faith according to God’s word.
