We Are The People

James 1:6-7  “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. ⁷ For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;”

   Doubts can make one sea sick and with empty pockets.  Let us pray today that we not spoil our good labors of love through doubt. There are so many ways we can become doubtful if we look at the outward appearances in America today. That is why we are taught by the Apostle Paul to walk by faith and not by sight.

   Let us join hearts today in prayer that we who intercede and in other ways attempt to change the directions of today’s culture not lose heart and doubt that our prayers and influence aren’t accomplishing much.

   God said the fervent effectual prayers of the righteous are powerful and bring about positive change. God‘s word is true – so don’t risk sea-sickness.  Trust in the Lord and let your doubts disappear as you exercise faith that God is responding to the prayers of the righteous.
